Yoga For Athletes

Yoga for Athletes is a blend of a yoga workshop and class, designed to take a closer look at how we move and how we engage our bodies to gain strength, mobility and focus for our athletic endeavors. Improved flexibility allows us to move with more efficiency and fluidity. 

Climbers, kayakers, CrossFit athletes, cyclists and more will benefit from this workshop, gaining both a greater movement awareness in class, as well as skills to add to your training tool boxes. 

No previous yoga experience is necessary!
