One Day Yoga Bodyworkers Immersion in DC

Fresh off the most recent 10-day Yoga Bodyworkers Training in Newcastle, UK, Rosie and Kit are thrilled to be coming to DC to share this magic with you.

Based off a program designed by Forrest Yoga Guardians Jambo Truong and Brian Campbell, this One-Day immersion will give you a taste of the full training and some exciting new knowledge for those who have already attended. 

This immersion is perfect for those interested in incorporating more hands-on adjustments while teaching, and those looking to convert their students into private clients. 

This is also open to anyone curious about yoga and bodywork. You do not have to be a teacher or bodyworker to attend this training, you simply need to bring with you the desire to touch people and help them feel good. You can come for the full day ($125 Early Bird, $150 after Nov, 6th) or just the morning intensive ($40 EarlyBird, $45 after Nov. 6th)

Our day will look like this:
9am-10am: Ceremony
10am-12pm: 2 Hour Forrest Yoga Intensive
12pm-1:00pm: Lunch Break
1:30pm-5:00pm: Yoga Bodyworkers Training

The Anatomy of Emotions: Where, How, Why and What you store in your body, and how to release it through yoga, EFT, and basic bodywork. We all remember that first time we got into pigeon pose and tears mysteriously filled our eyes. In this workshop we will be introducing the basic concepts of how emotions become a part of our anatomy and the different ways that can affect us in our daily lives. We will teach you how to find freedom in your body by releasing what’s been stored. We will be demonstrating how to access these emotions through Forrest Yoga, release their patterns using EFT, and how to help others process their release with basic bodywork techniques. This workshop will be held in a sacred space, we’re asking you to come with an open heart to hold space for yourself and others.
