Kit is an internationally known coach, speaker, and healer based in San Diego, Ca. He is the CEO and Master Coach of The Little Volcano, and a best selling author alongside his wife Rosie Volcano. They host their own special blend of transformation, healing, mischief, and magic which often includes transforming your childhood wounds and eating chocolate cake out of strangers' belly buttons.

Lauren (she/her) is a trauma aware Life Coach with The Little Volcano, Usui Holy Fire Reiki II practitioner and Director of Virtual Programming for the Breasties. Lauren believes that building trust and rapport is essential to co-creating a safe coaching container. She focuses on serving her clients needs as a human first, while holding their vision at the forefront to perpetuate growth if and where they want it most. Lauren holds a judgment free, sex-positive space and helps clients recognize when strategies and patterns no longer serve their deepest needs. Using her connection to non-physical energy, Lauren can hold space for the embodiment, processing and release of emotions and patterns. Lauren helps clients transform their relationship to themselves, to their emotions and with others through deep compassion and acceptance. Lauren values and models living in the ‘AND’ by embracing and cultivating the peace and strength to both be in her own process, AND working towards a higher vision. Lauren supports the discovery that all the answers her clients seek are within themselves and to trust their intuition and lean into healthy boundaries. She is a proud cat mom who enjoys collecting crystals, traveling near and far, playing board games and dancing like nobody’s watching.
